Mr. Mizanur Rahman Khan is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Bangladesh. He has been serving as partner of MARHK & Co. since 2006. Mr. Rahman has vast experience in providing assurance, tax and other advisory services to various clients. He has gained his specialization in developing Standard Operating Procedures (Sop), accounting and financial management manual for a wide range of clients. He has extensive knowledge in accounting and financial reporting as required by International financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs). He also has exposure in implementation of computerized accounting system in various organizations.

He undertook training on:

• Oracle RDBMS & Developer/2000. Oracle Financial Application. Database Management System, Beximco Computers Ltd. Dhaka, Bangladesh.
• Oracle Empower & Oracle Financials. Operating and processing of financial information. PricewaterhouseCoopers Development Associates Limited, India
• Accounting and Financial management from Bangladesh Power Development Board.
